The Process

The process is easy. By using the internet, I can record in Nashville and send tracks to you wherever you are.

1. Send the tracks to me - I can replace or add to existing tracks. If you want just a little something extra added to what you already have or if you have an idea but need a little help completing it, I can do that. I can replace full tracks you have recorded. You can send stereo mp3 files via email or you can send a CD or DVD with full band width .WAV, .AIFF or SDII files via snail mail. Please make sure there is a two-bar count-off and include the click track (preferably on a separate track).

2. I will record the tracks - I will usually send an MP3 to you for approval within 24 to 48 hours, depending on scheduling. I can either send a disc with the files by overnight mail or load them to your FTP site. Using an FTP site allows for quicker turnaround.

My hope and past experience tells me you'll be happy right off the bat, but I will gladly make up to two (2) changes in the tracks. Or give you up to two (2) alternate takes to choose from.

Software Compatibility - The type of software you use does not matter any longer. Broadcast Wave files (.WAV) have become the industry standard and virtually all recording software can use that format. I can also record tracks and accept tracks as .AIFF or SDII files.
